Residential Home Inspections
We will inspect the structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof. We strongly encourage you to attend your inspection so that we can describe our process, explain the findings, point out important maintenance items, and answer all of your questions. Clear communication and transparency are top priorities.
Mold Testing
Mold can start to grow in as little as 24 hours. Horizon Inspections can perform air and surface mold testing to determine if mold is present in higher concentrations inside the home versus outside and if there is apparent mold on surfaces, if it is in fact mold, and the type.
Seller's Pre-listing Home Inspections
Prior to listing your home for sale, a pre-listing home inspection brings a sense of transparency and good faith to the market. We can find defects that may not be obvious to the average home owner, but could cause a potential buyer to walk away from the table if not addressed proactively. It gives your asking price more credibility and facilitate a smoother sale.
