This is clearly Not an exhaustive list of our service areas. We consider any location within an hour's drive of our home office in the Vail area to be our "home market." Properties located outside this area can also be inspected but with a modest travel fee added. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call for a service fee quote.
Infrared can be helpful in spotting defects that
might otherwise go unnoticed... or confirming suspicions from subtle evidence.
